This 1×2 fiber optic splitter uses FBT (Fused Biconical Taper / 拉锥式) technology to divide one incoming optical signal into two output fiber paths. It is designed for telecom, FTTH, PON, CATV and general fiber-optic distribution applications.
The product is available with SC, LC or FC connector configurations, depending on the selected version. Pigtail-style construction provides a compact solution for installation in fiber distribution boxes, optical termination equipment, cabinets and other fiber network systems.

FBT splitters are manufactured using fused biconical taper technology and are widely used for low-port-count optical splitting applications. A 1×2 FBT splitter divides an optical signal from one input fiber between two output fibers.
FBT technology also allows different coupling ratios to be manufactured, so the two outputs are not necessarily always 50/50 unless that splitting ratio is specifically stated for the selected product.
Different versions may be supplied with SC, LC or FC connectors. Connector polish such as UPC or APC must also be selected according to the optical equipment being connected.
