Renesas/Intersil HIN202EIBNZ RS-232 interface transceiver with two transmitters and two receivers. Operates from a single 4.5–5.5 V supply using onboard charge pumps. Supports up to 0.23 Mbps data rate, ±15 kV transmitter-output/receiver-input ESD protection, TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs, and an industrial temperature range of −40 °C to +85 °C. Package: 16-lead SOIC-N, 9.9 × 3.9 mm, 1.3 mm pitch. RoHS compliant and lead free. Suitable for industrial controls, modems, serial communication interfaces, and embedded systems.
