Product overview
IR2103 is a high-voltage half-bridge driver for N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs. It operates from a 10 V to 20 V gate-drive supply, provides logic-compatible inputs, internal deadtime, undervoltage lockout and matched high-side and low-side switching for motor drives, inverters and power converters.
