Product overview
IR2109 is a high-voltage half-bridge gate driver with a floating channel rated up to 600 V. It operates from a 10 V to 20 V gate-drive supply, supports 3.3 V, 5 V and 15 V logic, includes shutdown control, undervoltage lockout and fixed deadtime for reliable MOSFET and IGBT switching.
