Dual Half-Bridge Power Module
Two IGBT switches and their associated freewheeling diodes are arranged as a dual-switch half bridge. The module also includes an NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring within compatible power-electronic systems.
Press-Fit Module Construction
The DXP version uses tin-plated press-fit signal terminals, a flat base and a nickel-plated copper base plate. Its insulated construction and 2500 Vrms isolation rating support integration into high-power equipment when mounted and cooled according to Mitsubishi Electric requirements.
